No declared word count limit (Although, typically between 40,000-90,000 words)
Must be within the topic of either international affairs or law (or both).
- The work can be in non-fiction or fiction, although non-fiction is typical.

Synopsis: 1–2 page summary of the full work
Sample chapters: (2-4 is sufficient)
Author bio: Brief background (degrees, awards, previous publications)
